Pokfulam, Hong Kong

I am a second year Ph.D. student in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) at The University of Hong Kong (HKU). Currently, I am conducting research in the Computational Imaging & Mixed Representation Labortory, aka., WeLight@HKU led by Dr. Yifan (Evan) Peng.

I completed my bachelor’s degree in Physics (with a minor in Computer Science), under the guidance of Prof. Ligang Liu, at the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), and further pursued a master’s degree in Computer Science at the University of Hong Kong. Additionally, I gained valuable experience as a Research Assistant at Purdue University, where I was led by Prof. Bedrich Benes for a period of two years.

My current academic interests revolve around the areas of Computational Holography, Optics, Computer Graphics, and Virtual/Augmented Reality.
